Possibility of applications:
Polymers-fluorophores and bifluorophores have important practical applicatons. They may be used in molecular electronic devices as molecular diodes, as active laser media especially for solid lazers, for transformation of hard short-wave radiation to long-wave one during information transfer along fiber-optical lines, as sensors for different radiation especially for hard radiation, for detection of defects on a metal surface, for modification of sunny batteries on purpose to increase their effectivity.
The production of this polymers may be organized on any chemical factory by using standard equipment.{Russian Polymer News Vol.4, No.4, 1999).
